Required Outcomes:
· develop manager to become more methodical and systems-oriented
· enable manager to apply leadership techniques to improve the working environment and morale of the workplace

· assessed individual manager’s needs and skills
· developed a one-on-one training plan to provide direction for personalized coaching
· provided coaching around selected issues and concerns, starting with performance management skills and progressing to management issues as they arise

Assignment Outcome
Relationship began in 1993 and continues to the present:
· manager has grown significantly in management capability,
· increased delegation of management tasks to others,
· decreased turnover, and
· coaching is now periodic, dealing with specific situations  and consequences for these issues
