Our Main Consultant: Rosemary Pell, MBA, CMC
For almost 20 years, Rosemary has been using proven tools and techniques to assist groups to enhance their decision-making and to function more co-operatively, by offering her skills in meeting facilitation, management coaching, and training. Her goal is to enable clients to make decisions and carry out actions to increase alignment between their processes, systems, strategy and vision. She takes the time to understand clients' challenges and objectives, then applies her expertise to tailor a response to their needs.
With an MBA and a Certified Management Consultant designation, plus managerial experience implementing change, Rosemary is committed to keeping her expertise and skills at the highest possible level through her membership and involvement in the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), the Canadian Association of Management Consultants(CAMC) and the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO): Grand Valley chapter.
Since 1993, PPSI has worked with organizations from a variety of sectors, primarily in Ontario. These clients recognized that organizational wisdom is broadly held and that a structured approach to access this wisdom would lead to more productive decisions and more successful implementation.
